ASH Exterior Services is operated by Henry Fitzgerald, fully insured and based in Rickmansworth.
No call centre, no subcontractors — every window clean, driveway, patio and garden is handled to the same standard, start to finish. The name ASH comes from wanting something short — the same instinct that keeps this business slimline, with quotes and bookings turned around quickly instead of through layers of admin.
Bookings run through WhatsApp on purpose: it's faster than phone tag and lets you send a photo of the actual job, so the quote you get back is a real one, not a guess.
How we work
You get a confirmed slot in writing, over WhatsApp — no vague "morning or afternoon" windows.
Pressure-wash for driveways and patios, hand and pole cleaning for windows, careful clearing for garden beds — matched to what won't damage the surface.
You see the price before we turn up. No inflating the job once we're on site.
If a job turns out to need more than expected, or the photos and details provided don't fully capture it, we'll always requote before starting any work — the price never changes once work is underway.
